Elevate is hiring an Analyst in eDDR – eDiscovery team. As an Analyst, Support project managers with all aspects of eDiscovery for our customers across the APAC region and collaborate with the global team as needed.
Specifically, the Analyst will:

• Support PM’s and customers through the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Process and ingest data to ECA/review databases (RelativityOne, Everlaw, and more).
• Set up user accounts, permissions, coding panels and fields in Relativity and Everlaw.
• Prepare saved searches, run search term reports, quality control checks, and more.
• Support issue resolution activities.
• Document key project decisions and metrics.
• Manipulate and import custom load files.
• Export documents including saved searches.
• Utilize customer-facing deliverable templates.
• End-to-end eDiscovery with RelativityOne and Everlaw.
• Support project managers in preparing and running productions using production checklist.
• Prepare production deliverable using deliverable template.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 year’s experience in eDiscovery is required.
• RelativityOne Certified Professional and Relativity Certified Administrators preferred (not required)

 Skills for Success:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of structured and unstructured data storage and retrieval.
• RelativityOne administration (and familiarity with other eDiscovery tools such as Everlaw, Ringtail, etc.)
• Liase with Project Manager and Customer team on day-to-day activities.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced use of Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and text editors.
• Thorough knowledge and experience of the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field from a premier institute or related experience.
