    Digital Strata is currently seeking individuals to provide Relativity One support in Mountain View, CA at one of our managed services clients. This is a full-time position that is currently remote work only due to COVID restrictions but will require you to be on-site when conditions permit.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide general level one (L1) support to clients email and IM.
    • Typical activities include password resets, end user troubleshooting, setting up and managing users, triaging and defining requests for the next level support team.
    • Work with clients to resolve issues and requests on topics related to features and functionality in Relativity One platform.
    • Assist Project Coordinators and Project Managers with reports, standard operating procedures and other client requests.
    • Develop knowledge of technical tools, methods and technologies to consult on solutions.
    • Consistently update job/task tickets with status updates and state changes associated with active tasks.

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years Relativity and/or Relativity One experience
    • Direct experience supporting clients as a primary contact or lead
    • Experience troubleshooting complex issues
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
