The eDiscovery Consultant / Senior Consultant will assist the Global Technology teams on projects by gathering requirements and expedite the processing analysis of sensitive data throughout the eDiscovery workflow. The consultant will be responsible for analysing, archiving and reviewing client deliveries by executing workflows to extract critical information for review and production. The consultant will need to apply his/her knowledge of litigation support and technology to expedite requests and meet a variety of project needs.


• Catalogue media devices, Identify anomalies and report exceptions
• Manage chain of custody databases
• Process electronic data both structured and unstructured
• Quality control electronic evidences and data outputs
• Create custom reports to identify file types and exceptions
• Process electronic evidences and provide statistics
• Lead and manage data processing workflows
• Create and modify legal document productions
• Assist with documentation efforts
• Manage engagements; apply analytical skills and leverage agreed upon project workflows on matters.
• High level project management and allocation of resources to meet deadlines.
• Consult with project managers on project workflows best practices.
• Liaise with internal and external clients to provide real-time updates.
• Perform consulting and assist clients with data challenges
• Evaluate new technologies


• 3+ years of professional eDiscovery Litigation Support
• Proficiency in English language
• Advanced knowledge of and experience with Relativity (on-prem and/or RelOne), ability to set up new projects to client specifications and to consult on Relativity’s functionality
• Strong technical understanding and/or experience with eDiscovery process, lifecycle and technical issues.
• Extensive knowledge of the EDRM protocols and implementation
• Experience with additional eDiscovery investigations and analytics platforms such as Brainspace is a differential
• Bachelor’s degree
• Additional certifications in relevant tools and/or technologies
• Advanced knowledge and experience with all MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences of varying degrees of expertise
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills
• Practices time management and staying highly effective
• Positive, open-minded approach to working with the entire team on client work and internal initiatives
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while effectively juggle competing demands, prioritise appropriately, and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organisational skills
• Self-starter and proactively identifies areas to more effectively manage engagements, leveraging technical acumen of the delivery team and coordinating with operations and the development team to find actionable solutions
