We are now seeking an experienced eDiscovery and RelativityOne specialist to join us at our London office on a six month fixed term contract. As the Consultant you will plan, coordinate and deliver client projects while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. As the Consultant you will effectively apply your knowledge of litigation support and technology to bridge the gap between clients’ specific requirements and Control Risks’ production and technical resources to ensure work is done to client satisfaction and company standards. Please note that a good background in eDiscovery and knowledge of RelativityOne is essential for this role.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients on project workflow and industry best-practices
- Continuously monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Work closely with production teams to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities
- Manages client expectations throughout the life of a project
- Responsible for gathering project requirements and ensuring requirements are properly documented
- Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking, specifications and chain of custody-related documents
- Interact with clients to develop strong client relations and demonstrate a high level of commitment to client success
- Knowledge of the EDRM protocols and implementation
- Ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customised solutions on a client-by-client basis
- Assist team with project administrative task such as monthly invoicing
- Provide training to clients on using eDiscovery platforms
Requirements
- Good experience of professional eDiscovery Litigation Support and Project Management
- Knowledge of litigation support applications including RelativityOne. Additional knowledge of Concordance or Nuix is helpful. Strong technical understanding and/or experience with eDiscovery process, lifecycle and technical issues a must.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and technology
- Data collection experience a plus
- Strong presentation skills would be helpful
- Any additional languages would be useful
Qualifications and Specialist Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Additional certifications in relevant tools and/or technologies preferred
- Advanced knowledge and experience with all MS Office applications, especially MS Excel. Extensive working experience with RelativityOne. Experience managing projects in additional industry leading litigation support software helpful.
