The Firm is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager with a focus on Capital Markets to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships within the Capital Markets sector, collaborating with attorneys and partners to expand the market presence and further solidify the position as a leader in the field.


  • Devise and implement strategic business plans to penetrate and expand within the Capital Markets segment, identifying key opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet their requirements effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client behavior to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and partners to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs, showcasing the firm’s capabilities and expertise in Capital Markets.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the firm’s brand and establish connections within the Capital Markets community.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including attorneys, marketing, and communications, to align business development initiatives with overall firm objectives and strategies.
  • Monitor and track business development activities, analyze metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field; MBA or JD preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development within the legal or financial services industry, specifically focusing on Capital Markets.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth, cultivating client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
