Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an eDiscovery attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for eDiscovery work on complex litigations. Will be supervising and coordinating project execution to meet project timelines, budgets, and standards. Serving as a point of contact with firm case teams, including partners and clients regarding eDiscovery project strategy, execution, implementation, and status. Supervising document review teams. Creating accurate budgets/estimates for review projects, as well as monthly revenue forecasting and monthly invoice review. Creating and managing document review workflows, including quality control processes. Creating and maintaining a firm positive team environment. Should have experience with all facets of the EDRM and the ability to advise on the same. Experience with information governance preferred. Should have extensive project management experience. Prior client service/project management experience is preferred. Strong familiarity with document review workflows and documentation essential. Strong familiarity with the litigation process and legal documents, including experience in drafting and responding to written discovery needed. Should have the ability to draft ESI protocols, confidentiality orders, privilege orders, and other relevant eDiscovery litigation documents. Must have an understanding of eDiscovery caselaw, including privilege law. Experience with the negotiation of discovery disputes, eDiscovery issues is essential. Strong technical background, excellent computer skills, and strong familiarity with Relativity including analytical and TAR-related eDiscovery tools essential. Must be admitted to practice in the state of practice and in good standing. An LL.M. degree is essential.The candidate should have Juris Doctor (JD). Must have outstanding communication skills, both written and oral. Should have excellent attention to detail, exceptional planning, and organizational skills.
