The candidate will provide substantive legal advice concerning electronic discovery issues, including all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), to the eDiscovery team, case teams, and clients; develop defensible strategies for eDiscovery collections, processing, culling, searching, and productions; interface with opposing counsel and tribunals regarding eDiscovery issues and disputes; and advise clients regarding records management and data governance issues that relate to or impact the discovery of electronically stored information (ESI) in disputes proceedings.
