Will be deploying state-of-the-art tools and techniques to review, analyze, categorize, and code large datasets during the course of litigation and investigations and will be supporting Firms’ world-class case teams and industry leaders in eDiscovery. Should preferably have hands-on experience with large-scale document reviews, predictive coding workflows, project management, and a detailed understanding of discovery law, including the jurisprudence of attorney-client privilege and work-product protections. Must be a member, or willing and eligible to become a member, of the Tennessee State Bar.The candidate should preferably have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a strong technical and analytic background, and be comfortable with statistical metrics and the use of spreadsheets and infographics.
