JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Assistant Manager- Client Services

Overall Purpose of the Job (Paragraph form):
The Assistant Manager will provide daily support for the Project Managers to assist with the successful delivery of products and services offered by UnitedLex. Provide detailed documentation during initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control, and closure phases of each project. Follow process driven execution of project tasks to ensure unified Project Management methodology is adhered to. Act as a member of the client support center for applications hosted by UnitedLex and other third parties. Document and report periodic project details to the Project Managers, Legal Professional Services Leadership, clients and project teams.
Responsibilities
Gather and thoroughly document requirements using standard project intake forms
Assist Project Manager in documenting and tracking all aspects of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including: Early Case Assessment, Forensic Collections, ESI Processing, Hosting, Document Review, Document Production, Data Archival and Storage
Analyze processes to propose changes or additions to project procedures
Follow detailed Quality Control measures to ensure accuracy of all deliverables
Track all time spent on project activities and report to Project Managers periodically
Work in 24X7 shifts and manage the entire shift as a Subject Matter Expert
Handling a team of 4-5 members

Qualifications
Atleast 6+ years of relevant experience in the field of E-Discovery
Strong knowledge in Relativity and other Review platforms
Strong technical background, which can include but is not limited to business process analysis, database design and creation, use of electronic document review tools, facilitate and conduct software training, technical writing and information systems support
Detailed planning and organizational skills
Exceptional written, electronic and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding and efficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
Open to work in 24X7 shifts (rotational)
Manage timely completion of multiple requests, adjust and reprioritize according to changing needs
Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests based on deadlines
Communicate frequently and professionally with Project Managers and project team
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
Develop team mentality where communication, solutions and good relationships are fostered
Desired candidate profile
Any graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience as people manager or similar role with 6+ years of experience with LPO/Legal Services.
Experience in planning and scoping the engagement, estimating the cost and time required to complete the project.
Active involvement in forecasting the financial projections and budgeting the projects.
Planning and setting eDiscovery process/workflow and quality control process to deliver quality work product.
Excellent people management skills
Passionate to drive business metrics – Productivity, Quality and other key deliverables
Ability to priorities between multiple complex projects/timelines
Excellent written and Verbal communication
High level of positive attitude with good listening skills
Good decision-making ability
Ability to adapt to any process changes and work on different types of projects
Good knowledge in Excel

Strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct root cause analysis
Candidates with demonstrated experience in Data Breach Response, or Incident Response will be preferred
Knowledge and hands-on experience in breach notification and privacy laws around data breach scenarios is desirable but not must.
