eDiscovery.jobs now supports automatic job listing! Using structured data from your talent acquisition platform, we are able to import and categorize your jobs shortly after they are posted online.
And we wouldn’t be eDiscovery.jobs if we couldn’t offer to do this on several levels! All fields of our “Post a Job” page can be categorized automatically as well!
For instance, we can set up an automated import of all your “Project Manager Roles”, while ignoring all ‘Software Engineering’ roles. One level deeper, we can further classify the PM roles. Roles from New York can be automatically classified as ‘Region: North America’, and roles with the title ‘Director’ can be automatically classified as ‘Required Job Experience: 8+ Years’.
What do I need to set this up?
Most importantly, you need an online feed of all your jobs. Nearly all talent acquisition platforms/applicant tracking systems (like Lever, Greenhouse) generate this automatically. Most commonly, the job feed is generated in an XML or JSON format.
